Welcome to BoardMods! The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to BoardMods. BoardMods operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide customers with a convenient shopping experience (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the commerce technology and infrastructure enabling us to offer these Services.

2. Our Products
BoardMods designs and manufactures accessories and mounting solutions for guitar pedals and pedalboards, including pedal plates, risers, cable management accessories, and related products.
We make reasonable efforts to represent our products accurately through descriptions, photographs, specifications, compatibility information, and other materials. However, product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, manufacturing processes, and materials.
Product Compatibility
BoardMods products are designed to work with a variety of third-party guitar pedals, pedalboards, and related equipment.
Compatibility information is based on available product specifications, measurements, testing, and other information that BoardMods reasonably considers reliable. We strive to keep this information accurate and current, but third-party manufacturers may change their products, dimensions, mounting configurations, or hardware without notice.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable product description, compatibility information, and installation requirements before purchasing. If there is uncertainty about a particular fit, customers are encouraged to contact BoardMods before ordering.
References to third-party manufacturers, trademarks, product names, and model numbers are provided for identification and compatibility purposes only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, BoardMods is an independent accessory manufacturer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those manufacturers.
Product Availability
Product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue products, modify designs, or limit purchase quantities, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits any express product representations or warranties made by BoardMods or any rights available under applicable law.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products and authorize BoardMods and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the applicable order total.
BoardMods reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order, subject to applicable law. An automated order acknowledgment does not necessarily constitute acceptance of an order. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfillment, as applicable.
We may decline or cancel orders for reasons including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inaccurate product availability, payment issues, or other legitimate business considerations.
If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, we will issue the appropriate refund in accordance with applicable law.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because orders may enter production or fulfillment promptly, cancellation or modification requests cannot always be accommodated after processing begins.
Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy, without limiting any rights provided by applicable law.
Personal and Commercial Purchases
BoardMods products may be purchased by individual customers, professional musicians, technicians, pedalboard builders, retailers, businesses, and other commercial customers.
Commercial use of purchased products, including incorporation into custom pedalboard builds or professional equipment configurations, is permitted.
Purchasing BoardMods products does not grant ownership of BoardMods intellectual property or authorization to reproduce, manufacture, or distribute unauthorized copies of our proprietary designs.
Commercial resale or distribution arrangements may be subject to separate agreements when applicable.
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import, export, and trade laws.
4. Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed, subject to correction of errors as described in Section 12.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, advertised prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, or other charges that may apply.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by their destination country, unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
Promotions may be governed by additional terms and conditions. If a promotion's terms conflict with these Terms of Service, the promotion-specific terms will govern that promotion.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information and represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
You agree to pay all valid charges associated with your accepted order, including applicable shipping and taxes.
5. Shipping and Delivery
BoardMods ships products to supported domestic and international destinations as indicated during checkout.
Shipping options, charges, estimated processing times, and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout or in our published Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
Shipping and delivery may be affected by carrier operations, weather, customs processing, holidays, supply disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays beyond our reasonable control, but this does not eliminate any responsibility or remedy required by applicable law.
If we cannot ship an order within the stated timeframe, we will provide any required notice, cancellation options, and refunds in accordance with applicable law.
Risk of loss and title to purchased goods transfer in accordance with applicable law.
Customers should contact BoardMods if an order is lost, damaged during shipment, or does not arrive as expected so that we can investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses may apply where legally permitted.

6. Intellectual Property
The Services, including our original text, photographs, illustrations, graphics, product descriptions, product designs, branding, logos, software, and other proprietary materials, are owned by BoardMods or their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
BoardMods retains its rights in its original product designs, manufacturing methods, proprietary files, branding, and related intellectual property.
Purchasing a BoardMods product grants ownership of the purchased physical item, subject to applicable law, but does not transfer intellectual property rights associated with the product's underlying design or manufacturing technology.
Customers may install, use, modify, or incorporate legitimately purchased physical products into personal or commercial equipment configurations, subject to applicable law.
However, purchasing a product does not authorize reproduction or commercial manufacture of unauthorized copies of BoardMods proprietary designs.
Content published on our website may not be reproduced, republished, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission, except as permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized by BoardMods.
BoardMods names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans may be trademarks or proprietary identifiers of BoardMods.
Third-party trademarks, logos, and product names remain the property of their respective owners. References to these third-party properties are made for identification and compatibility purposes and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by their respective owners.

9. Relationship with Shopify
BoardMods uses Shopify to provide the technology infrastructure supporting its online store and related commerce features.
When you use our Services, your device may communicate with Shopify systems to facilitate browsing, checkout, payment processing, order management, and other commerce functions.
Purchases made from BoardMods are transactions between the customer and BoardMods, even when Shopify or other supported commerce technologies facilitate the transaction.

(e) Use bots, crawlers, automated tools, or AI agents in ways that violate these Terms, applicable access restrictions, or reasonable security requirements.
(f) Collect personal information about other users without authorization.
(g) Copy, extract, or commercially exploit proprietary content in violation of applicable intellectual property law.
